Project Overview

The objective is to present an automatic medication system for hospital departments and health care units. In contrast to the traditional medication system and other current alternatives, the proposed system is designed to distribute and dispense medication automatically under strict control reducing medication errors, illegal drug related practices and health care costs. The system will be based on a corporation of a database, a programmable servo motor controller with sensor inputs, and a combination of custom made pill dispensers.

It will be a real time system which means that the database will have server-linked tables via a wireless network so that the patient receives the updated prescription. This system could be further developed to an autonomous medical robotic machine by installing it on a transportation mobile robot and adding a dual way of communication system and an IP-camera for supervising. 

The solution therefore is converting medicine crusher to automatic under 4 second by creating concept 3D drawings as well as 2D manufacturing drawings.
